My cat is an outdoor/indoor cat. I've tried to keep her inside, buying her toys, playing with her but homie does not like it.
I found her outside my job in the parking lot so I think she is used to being outside. She has so much energy and even after I play with her for 30 min and take her outside for another 30 morning and night she still meows and meows to go outside.
Now the problem is that my neighbor has a dog. And she has come multiple times to tell me that my cat goes to her window and that the dog barks. So I guess that bothers her. So I want to train my cat to not go near her house/ window. I'm not sure how to do this??? I'm trying to take her to other parts of the apartment complex that has nice grass and trees she can climb and giving her treats while she is there. but she still loves the neighbors. Any tips?
