So I just got a 8 week old tabby yesterday and he is currently staying in the basement bedroom as staying in my room would not be able to work out due to the mess and smell from the litter box, the meowing and moving in the night. He has access to all his food, water, toys, bed and blanket down there and either me or someone else would come down every 2 hours to check up on him. I just wanted your opinions on when I should let him explore the rest of the basement
