Worried about my cat, what could this be?

I will be telling my dad she should get scheduled to go to the vet in the morning, but I thought I’d get some opinions, and maybe get an idea of what’s going on since it’s 4am

So basically I’ve been noticing my one of my cats, mittens (5 years old, female, indoor only, spayed) has started using the bathroom quite often compared to the other two, but today I spent a few hours in the garage with them putting a shelf together, and now I’m really concerned, she was constantly going to the litter box (like probably every 20-30 mins as an estimation), sitting there for like 3 minutes straight looking like she was going to the bathroom, and when I went over to check after she was done, there was just a tiny wet spot where she was trying to go.

And a few hours before I was in there with the shelf, I caught her scooting her butt on the ground, and two of the litter boxes had soft poop when I cleaned them out, I’m thinking probably from her, does anyone know what this could be a sign of? My sister suggested maybe worms, but they are all indoor cats, but they live in the garage, so maybe... but I would think the other two would also have worms if it was that, scooting is also a sign of anal gland issue, could it be that? Idk.

She’s also just been fixed recently, like a few months ago I think, if that could have any significance.

More general information, they eat friskies seafood, recently I’ve been getting fancy feast wetfood as a treat for them and mixing with the kibble, I’ve only done this two times though They have to live in the garage for now because it’s a rental, we recently had to move for my dads new job temporarily, he doesn’t want them causing damage, the dogs don’t get along and there’s not enough room for the four litter boxes to be upstairs, but the garage is connected to the house and insulated, they have an air conditioner in the window that always keeps it at 74, my dad bought them a big new tree and beds, i put down a few fleece blankets for them, and their Kennels and boxes to hide in, not the most ideal, I wish they could just be in the house.
