My dog was asleep and he has had nightmares before but he doesn’t usually do more than breath faster but this time I noticed he was kind of growling or snarling so I shook him to wake him up then he stopped but didn’t appear awake for a few seconds at all, he shopped growling and just appeared unconscious then about 3 seconds later he got up and has been fine since, should I be worried?
