Finding good home

My mum saved a pregnant cat and now we have kittens we are looking for home for. Cat is already spayed. I found home for 2, and it’s time to find home for last one, one I bonded the most with, as one of them will stay. I’ve been talking to some girl and we are making arrangements and she’s shopping for accessories and from what I’ve seen she’s getting the cheapest options of possible - littler box, transporter, scratch post etc. I don’t expect that someone will be throwing big amounts at the pet, and I’m aware that I’m very biased here since I love this cat and I want him to have all the best (and I would have adopted him myself if I could), but I’m starting to think that if someone’s cheap from the start they’ll be later cheap with food, vet appointments etc. She’s getting small, cheap litter box because she doesn’t want it to take much space in the bathroom which I understand but at the same time why get pet if you don’t want it to occupy space? Especially that from conversations I know she doesn’t lack money, she has stable job in private health care, so does her brother she lives with. All those cheap, little items break so easily. And saying things like she hopes that her brother won’t feed cat too much when kitten are supposed to eat as much as they want :( I don’t want this baby to go without something or be neglected. I mean he’ll be there for the rest of his life, I want good life for him. He’s a sweet, gentle little boy, very dependent on human. I’m not even sure what to tell her either. It just seems like a bad start to me but I’m not sure whether my feelings here are justified. Am I wrong here?
