My family and I are going to adopt soon. I always thought I would only adopt 1 cat, but I’ve been researching and it says having 2 cats is better than 1.
The things is while my family and I can afford 2 cats and we’re open to the idea of owning 2 cats we’re a little worried about how much we can handle. I’m only 16 and I’ll probably end up being the main care taker for them. I’m scared I‘ll get overwhelmed with them. Not only that I’ve never owned a pet before and I don’t have much experience with animals overall. I worry I’m not educated enough on cats to own 2 at once.
Please give me advice on what I should do!
