I sat on my 19 year old cat and Im scared that shes gonna die

I just sat on my cat she is 19 years old but im only 14 so shes been in my life for my whole life

Im 123 pounds and im geniunly scared i might have shot her to death row.

WHAT DO I DO :’(

please help

my cat doesnt eat too much and shes pretty skinny

i have alot going on rn and the last thing i need is my pet dying for something I DID
