I've been feeding a stray cat, now I feel bad

Once while going to pick up my brother from school, I saw a cat sniffing around for food, and I felt bad So I went online, looked up healthy food for cats, and made some eggs for it, and I've been feeding it for quite a while. Not everyday, but it's been way more than a week. Two eggs everyday I can feed it. I just leave the food outside and she eats it, then after an hour I take the plate back, because my parents are strongly against pets.

Now, it's standing outside my front door, meowing a lot, I really want to adopt it, but I know I can't.

Should I try and work out a way to convince my parents to take her to a vet? Where I live, it's different, stray cats and dogs are almost everywhere, so I don't think a vet would specifically come for me/want me to go to them just to take in a stray cat. Or is there anything else I can do for this cat? It wants to get in, I want her to get in, but she can't.
