I found a lost kitten wondering the hallways of my apartment building, I contacted the manager and she put up a flyer and called the tenants no one has claimed it. I’m taking him to the vet tomorrow (4 days after he was found) for an upper respiratory infection. I’m curious if someone claims him am I able to charge them for getting him medical attention, and how long until I can consider him mine?
