Im writing here to seek advice. We recently spayed my 6 month old kitten on Thursday. She was groggy the first day, but was eating a bit and moving around lots on Friday and part of Saturday.
Sunday however, she didn’t move at all, and was just laid next to us. Today (Monday) more of the same. She’s eating and drinking and pooping, but only eating about 1/3 of her normal amount. Her incision looks normal besides some bruising. I called the vet hotline who said that since she’s still eating some and the incision looks fine, we don’t need to take her to the emergency vet and can bring her in for a checkup tomorrow. I’m just paranoid somethings horribly wrong even though she’s acting okay besides the appetite and moving a bit less. Has anyone experienced something similar? Thanks!!!
