My mother sprayed my cat's face with insecticide. I don't know what to do.

Hi

Today my mother intentionally sprayed our cat's face with insecticide. Unfortunately I wasn't present during that moment, so I don't know how much insecticide did she spray. My cat apparently had a hard time breathing. She began to sneeze very often, it seems her eyes were irritated. 50 minutes have passed and the symptoms seem to have been decreasing. The cat is still sneezing but not has much since before. I don't know what to do guys, I don't have a car or money. My grandpa is drunk and is a very ignorant person (he has never taken any of his pets to the vet, because he is lazy) , so it is unlikely to give us help. I am concerned because I am not sure if the symptoms may get worse or if the cat will be able to sleep.

My cat has been 30 minutes laying on the same place. It is in the yard and is not interested in entering the house. Currently the cat is licking its hair, but I am worried that his hair is probably also poisoned.

Sorry for my bad english
