The cat I adopted is driving me crazy

She's a junior 7 months, and I've had her for close to 2 months now. I used to wonder a lot whether I did the right choice adopting her because I felt like we weren't clicking right. She's sweet, funny and cute, and I try to show her as much love as I can, but we still don't click, or something felt off.

But anyway, this really doesn't matter now. Because as I said, she is driving me crazy. I live in a small studio and we're 2 + a cat. We work from home so she's never alone. It's fair to say that we play with her more than the average person. But sleeping is a nightmare. No matter how long I play with her before, no matter how tired, even with food, toys available, water everything. She attacks our feet under the cover, especially mine since my cover is thinner, and it can lasts for hours. But it doesn't stop there. If I ignore it, she scratches more, and tries to get under the cover to scratch harder. If she can't, she'll go on the side and try to dig underneath and scratch knees, elbows, butt, anything. She even attacks my hands while I sleep. And when she's not attacking us, she is bringing her toy on the bed, or running around steeping on us with her claws. It's impossible. She does sleep, but there is no way she would sleep through the whole night.

On top of that, she also "playfully" attacks during the day. I'll be trying to work for an hour, and if she decided she wants to play, she'll scratch my legs, etc. So I don't get it. She demands to play during the night AND ALSO during the day, even though we already play with her and give her a lot of attention. I can't do it, honestly this is too much. I know she supposedly will calm down, but I can't go on like this for months ? I can only lock her up in the bathroom because it's a studio, but that feels very crual. And before you say it I tried everything, water will keep her away for less than 15 seconds, playing with her will not ease her, it's funnier for her to hunt us, ignoring her does nothing, kicking her (accidentally because I wasn't really awake when she scratched) will make her play more, calming music does nothing etc... I can put repulsive sent on the bed because that's a big part of the apartment.

Tonight she even got truly aggressive and would attack my feet while walking, and would beat my hand if I tried to stop her. On top of that, she pees all around her litter box, even though she always poops in it. Maybe it's on me for getting a junior rather than an older cat. Also, maybe it's from the fact she was an outside cat and now is in a small apartment ? I feel like it would be easier if I could just close the bedroom, but it's a studio... What do you think ? I'm genuinely very tired :(
