Worried new cat dad: my kitten is having some trouble pooping

My 12-week old kitten is having issues with her bowel movements. The other day I found a little dried piece of poop across the room and assumed she had an accident. However, three times today she pooped in the litterbox and it was dry and stuck to her fur. At her check-up the other day, she also tested positive for roundworms. She just had her first dose of medicine today. I’m worried about a few things: (1) what the source of her dry, sticking poops are. They keep getting stuck to her butt hair and carried around the room. (2) if her poop gets stuck and carried around to my bed or laundry basket, is it likely that I could ingest roundworms unknowingly?

Any insight on either matter (or both) would be greatly appreciated. She otherwise seems happy and energetic. Just want my kitty (and myself) to be safe and healthy
