When i graduate from my Grad school program in 1.5 years, I'll be entering into a secure career in healthcare. Once I have found a place for myself to live (probably by myself) and am settled with a good 9-5 job, my next goal is to get a dog.
My family had a Golden retriever when I was growing up, but obviously I was not in charge of the expenses for our dog.
For those of you now who are either living alone or with a partner (no family/no children), how much do you spend on your dog per month? Is it manageable with all your other expenses and just one income?
