My cat often bites when he wants to play, is tired of being pet et cetera. It can be pretty painful and although he never leaves a wound his bites sometimes leave little scratches and small cuts on my hands. Is it normal for a cat to leave little scratches when biting, or should i be concerned about even the slightest damage to skin? The cuts are small and usually don’t draw blood (if they do it’s just a little bit from the scratch) but I’ve heard horror stories of cat bites, I’m not sure if he wants to hurt me or if he just wants to play.
