Brother and brother cats suddenly lethargic, vet finds nothing concerning. Thoughts?

I have two male kittens, Pixel and Smoky (~9 months) that are mostly inside cats—with an hour or two outside every day. This morning Pixel threw up before being let out for the morning but otherwise seemed to be in okay shape, he's done that occasionally before.

This afternoon, I noticed both of them seemed more vocal/concerned than normal, noticed they hadn't eaten anything all day, then within 2 hours they both got quite lethargic, and I was briefly able to life Smokey's face to check on him and he'd gone almost limp—before waking up—which really freaked me out, as I'd never seen him do that before.

I took them both to the vet and they couldn't find anything wrong with either of them, apart from one having a temperature +0.1°C higher than what's considered normal, which the vet didn't seem concerned about. Both are fully up to date on their vaccinations, the vets didn't find any wounds or bite marks, and their ears and teeth were fine.

They're back home now but sleeping together pretty quietly, which is kind of unusual because they're usually quite active.

I don't really have much more to do other than watch and wait and hope they get better at this point, or worse in which case I'd take them to the vet again. Thoughts? Seems super weird to me two cats would out of the blue get sick/lethargic at the same time.
