can someone direct me where i can rehome him? i don't want no creeps to get ahold of him or take her to a potentially abusive shelter, and what are some no-no options to avoid, asking because he seems scared of me (not all the time) and won't eat anymore (only little bites and water) and can't afford the vet (maybe some tips on those things too?)
