Creative ways to give my cat her pills?

Long story short, my cat had cancer surgery back in October and reacted badly to the pain meds, it inflamed her stomach and intestines and she was put on meds for about two weeks. The thing is they were pills and she didn't like the taste, we had found this product called EasyPill and this worked, we finished giving her the meds and all seemed fine. Up until now. We need to give her these pills again because the inflammation never completely left it seems and she started throwing up frequently. We need to give these pills for 10 weeks, but after giving her the EasyPill once she got stubborn and doesn't want it any more (she's a very picky eater). I've looked into the Pill pockets from Greenies but they don't sell that here.

Are there any other ways that I could give her these pills? They can't be crushed and I also can't hold her down to shove it in her throat or use a pill shooter, I've done that before and she would be scared of me for the rest of the day and it gave me panic attacks, she also has a heart murmur so I want to avoid stressing her. It's not doable for 10 weeks. I'm trying to avoid putting it in her food as I don't want to create an aversion to her food, she's already lost weight from throwing up and the last thing I need is her avoiding the special vet food on top of this.
