Extremely active 1 yo cat, need advice

Hello, I come to you in times of great need (and a little distress). My 1 year old cat (female, sterilized), who has been diagnosed with tiger syndrome (I do not know the name of it in english but basically makes her prone to clawing/biting randomly and uncontrollably and very attached to me), is extremely active. I don't mind the occasionnal biting and craziness, as my vet told me she litteraly can't control her actions when the syndrome acts up and it shows (her body tenses up from 100% relaxed) but i'm learning to read her and let her go when I sense it's getting too much.

HOWEVER, She asks for attention (wether it's playing, food, pets etc..) basically all day if she's not sleeping. I was worried but a lot of people close to me and online attributed it to her being young (I got her at 3 month old), so I decided to wait for a bit. As of writing this today we've been playing for the past 3 and a half hours and I decided to pause for 30 minutes and she's already scratching the door in which i keep her "interactive toys" (toys i play along with her, she has plenty of other toys scattered around which she doesn't want to play with). It's her way of telling me she wants to play but even I am exhausted of running around right now.

This happens basically everyday since I work from home at the moment and causes me, and i'm sure her too, a lot of stress.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying I don't want to spend time with her and take care of her, but I feel like I can't spend more than half of my days playing with her. When I told my vet how much time i spent with her he told me, a bit amused, that he wouldn't need a diet if he spent half as much time playing with his cats x)

I have Feliway running in my house in order to calm her down but it doesn't affect her much.

Do you guys have any tips for her to be more autonomous and learn to not be too dependent on me / being on my desk / asking for playtime so much?

I feel really bad asking for that because I love her very much and I do want to keep spending time with her but this is getting too much. I have never hit / sprayed water at her or other stuff of that sort and I don't want to. When she acts TOO crazy i put her in my bedroom alone for 15/30 minutes and she always calms down but then starts asking for attention as soon as she comes back.

TLDR : Cat wants a lot of attention (hours of play and petting every day), every other cat I had never asked for that much, same goes for friends' cats, and it's causing me a lot of distress, any solution?

Thanks a lot for your help guys ♥
