My outdoor cat bit two people in my neighborhood in the last month - pull the last fang teeth?

So my cat (7) bit two people in the hand and both had to go to the ER and I really feel bad for them. My Cat has always been a bit moody and if you played with it you had always to be ready to pull your hand away or you got scratches. But scratches arent nearly as dangerous as bites so this wasnt a big problem. And he only did it if you touched him a the wrong spots.

He also bit me sometimes when I had to give him medicines or pick a tick but I never bleed and his teeth didnt puncture my skin. We also already pulled most of his fang teethes because the were infected and he has only one (left/top) left.

So I thought of just pulling the last fang teeth as well. He doesnt really need it for food. Any opinions or other solutions?
