Advice to be a better parent for my cats

Hi cats owners I have more than one cat , lately I became so anxious abt not being enough and that I can do better I am not that rich tbh but I am trying to feed them good food and buy the important stuff to take care of them , but I lost one of them last month so I feel all guilt and now I am trying to give them better life but I think I can't afford this , there's always better dry food to prevent kidney diseases and there is always more expensive stuff Even vets there is always better vets but more expensive at first I thought vaccination and neutering wasn't that important but now after thinking again and I neutered most of them and I will vaccinate them soon too But still I feel I should've done more and I just can't surrender them
