My best friend and her grandmother have found two stray kittens in their garage. They are pretty sick with the snuffles and they cannot afford a vet as my best friend has a child and cat of her own and grandmother cannot afford it either at the moment. We aren’t sure what to do.
I’ve provided some things they can do to keep the babies safe like keeping them warm, feeding them, gently cleaning their eyes and noses, making sure they are hydrated. But it’s only but so much that can be done. My best friend is worried sick and so am I. I live in Ohio and don’t have the money to help as much as I want to. So I’m asking Reddit.
Are there any organizations, peoples, places where these sweet babies can get the help they need? We had a nice lady a couple years back but haven’t had any luck contacting her.
Anything helps. They are in Hartford, CT.
