Hey, needing some kitten advice please!
We're buying a kitten shortly and don't have trips booked in for this year aside from one wedding in late October. The kitten will be around 5.5months old at that point and as it's a family wedding my usual planned cat caretakers will also be at the wedding!
Ideally I'd have wanted someone to stay over as from what I've read at that age they should be left for no longer than 8 hours. I'll be away overnight, so minimum of 48 hours realistically as the wedding isn't close by.
Any advice welcomed! Would someone coming in during the day to feed be useful or would someone need to stay with the cat?
