My cat used to be so affectionate that he would jump on my lap and cuddle all day. He got diagnosed by a vet with cat flu, and we gave him medication through the mouth for almost 4 weeks because his flu wasn’t going away. Now whenever he sees a member of the house he runs super fast and only comes when we give him food but does not want to be touched by anyone in the family. He only lets me touch him because I gave him medicine the least amount of times, but when I put him in my lap he bites me and runs away. This is making me and my family so sad because we all love him. How can I fix this
