need advice! 4 months old adopted kitten smells so bad

Before the problem about the odor, I just want to share the story of my kitten. this kitten I adopted is a stray kitten that I usually fed outside our house, he got so comfortable with me that every time he saw me, he rubs his body on my legs, but our neighbour doesn't want the kitten because she said that he's ruining her plants, and the kitten also rubs his body to my neighbour and she's freaking out, then I heard that she's asking someone to bring the kitten somewhere. So I immediately bathe her, put him in the cage and take him to the vet to check if she got fleas or earmites because I have other cat inside my house. this kitten is also blind in her left eye and the other eye can't see much that is why I'm so worried if he will get lost somewhere. the vet said. that he's fine and healthy, no earmites, no fleas but stay in the cage (when not supervised) for about 1week so he can isolate himself from my indoor cat.

but here is the smelly part, when we got home I introduced him to my other cat, I let her out then after 2 hours I noticed that my house smells fishy then I tracked the smell it's coming from him, but I just bather her earlier. and my other cat doesn't smell in fact she smells so good. then before going to bed I kissed my cat and she smells like him too, so first thing in the morning I bathed them both, cleaned his ears and eyes. and my other cat too. but after an hour he got smelly again and the smell transfers in the cat bed, in the couch and with my other cat.

Sorry for this long post, I just want to share his story because I might do something wrong. I just don't like the smell in my house, and I don't want to put him back outside because I love him. I just want get rid of that smell.
