Need cat advice.

My cat is 10 years old. Tonkinese- meaning siamese burmese mix. My grandparents adopted her from a cattery when she was maybe 4? She was originally there to breed- but she wouldn’t. I suspect she was spayed much later than she should have been. Which makes me so incredibly angry. And that leads to this...we took her In from my grandparents 4 years ago because she wasn’t friendly enough for them. She was the terrified of everything. Not a social cat. Mean. Hiding. We’ve given her the best life and she loves us. She’s totally changed. In 2018 I noticed a bb like lump on her stomach. Took her to the vet and they found another one, both removed. They said it didn’t “look” cancerous but did no further tests. That surgery was awful on her. She was miserable for a while. Hated the cone. Hated the meds. It was a bad time. But she healed. I’m now pregnant and was petting her stomach earlier this month and noticed a lump. We decided to watch and wait. There’s more. There’s a lot. I have my suspicions that it’s mammary cancer and was all along. Nothing seems to be bothering her, no weight loss, eating fine. I talked to some cat-familiar people I know and they said they would likely have to remove the entire chains on both sides if that was the case- and that’s saying it hasn’t spread elsewhere. My fiancé and I are in love with this kitty...and we think it would be better to let her live the rest of her time left without such an invasive surgery. She’s so scared of going anywhere other than where she lives. When she begins to show change in mood/eating/weight/anything, I’ve found a vet with great reviews that actually comes to your home to put the pets down. I feel this guilt for not doing the surgery, but with her being 10 and the level of severity that the surgery would be, does it seem right to what we are doing? This kitty gets so much love from us, I just want her to be comfortable and happy rather than scared.
