Personality change after a surgery?

Hey friends. I worry too much about little things, but I just thought I’d ask to make sure I am not missing anything important. Prior to her getting spayed last week, my kitty (1 yr) was very quiet, skittish and reserved. She has always been very loving, and a little crackhead, but after I brought her home from her surgery, so many things about how she behaves has changed. She sleeps with me at night, which she has NEVER done before, and went from being pretty much mute to one of the most vocal kitties I’ve ever been around. She has been healing up fine, and is off her pain meds now, and none of these behaviors are necessarily bad (in fact, I love it.) It’s just a little concerning to see such a drastic behavior change, and I don’t necessarily have the money to just take her to the vet if nothing is wrong. I read that cats with these behaviors might have separation anxiety but for the cause, they allude to problems of being separated from their mothers too early. (I got my baby from her lil family at 4 months so that doesn’t track)

I dunno. Have you guys ever experienced anything similar? Is it concerning?
