I have a 6-week old kitten whose poop is liquidy (and sometimes discolored). We got him two days ago and at first I was really concerned and told my dad but the next morning I saw the color go back to brown and it looked like it was getting better, and we figured maybe it would go away on its own.
Today I woke up to feed him and he didn't want to eat but he did drink water. He went to poop and when I checked it, it was *really* light brown + liquidy. A few seconds later he started gagging and he threw up white foam. He wasn't as energetic as he was yesterday when he woke up and since late last night he's always been sitting/laying down.
My dad said he'd schedule a vet appointment but I'm scared it's too late, does anyone know what might be wrong with him and what I could do while I wait for the vet? He's been eating wet kitten food (1/4 can every 6 hours but he didn't want to eat when I tried feeding him the last 1/4 last night) and when I checked today he weighed 1.2 lbs. I'm only 13 and I've never had a kitten before, somebody please help.
