So, I have a mockingbird. He’s not exactly a pet, more like a wild friend. But I love him.
My grandma, who is the literal textbook definition of a boomer, hates him. He parks his feathery butt in the tree next to my window and starts singing at around midnight, and he doesn’t stop until maybe eight in the morning. I love the sound of it, but Grandma hates him and calls him a nuisance.
I’m now trying to name my mockingbird friend. My older sister suggested “Botheration” after hearing Grandma call him a nuisance. I want a snappy, funny name that leans to the sassy side and hopefully ticks off my grandma even more. Any suggestions? Or let me know if “Botheration” is a good fit in your opinion!
