Hello! Our cat has always preferred wet food over his dry food and would barely eat the dry. I bought a new brand of dry cat food and he just eats that up and leaves his old dry food aside. I know about the slow transititon method but should I bother if he takes a really good liking to the new dry cat food right away?
Old Brand was Purina Beyond Grain Free Salmon and Sweet Potato
New Brand ELM Chicken and Chick Pea Grain Free
I'm just worried if I put him on his new food right away, it might cause him problems but he's been eating it way more than his old food. It was the first time I've seen him finish his entire bowl.
