She is 6 months old, and we will be travelling to another country soon for around 3 months. It’s an 8 hour plane ride. I didn’t realise how stressful it would be for her but after reading around, we’re reconsidering taking her. The only thing is that she’s very attached to us. We got her during lockdown and she’s never been alone since the day we brought her home. There are a lot of things she likes done specifically that I’m not sure other people will remember if we ask a friend to take care of her (esp food - she switches her mind so much and it’s hard to keep up with what she wants to eat every week).
She’s really attached to my mom, and spends most of her time laying by her side and in her room, but people are saying cats are more attached to their living environment than anything else, so I’m a little confused. I was concerned she’d be really upset without us, but that’s wrong?
I’d appreciate any advice!
