Times are changing and I'm wondering where folks these days look, when they're considering adding a new family member. (I don't need a kitten, I'm actually fostering a litter pulled from an abandoned house but am curious if the rescue or I should be looking in specific places to find high quality adopters! Right now I think they mostly rely on their social media following.)
