Need Help With Rescue Cat and My 3 Dogs

I have 3 dogs, Frost (a 4(f) yr old lab), Coffee (2(m) yr old rescue) and Peanut (3(m) yr old rescue) and recently due to certain happenings, a little rescue kitten about 3-5 months old has come into my house. Ember, the kitten (m), doesn't really have a place to go because of where we live, and is incredibly social and affectionate. For the past week I've been keeping him in my room and he's a pretty brave cat; my dogs are also very friendly, although Peanut has trouble with new things, be it people or animals and it takes a while for him to adjust.

I'd really like for Ember to be able to go out and about and be around the dogs, but I need suggestions on how to get all of them to act more calm around eachother. Right now the dogs get very excited, although it doesn't seem like they're attempting to hurt or hunt him. They smell eachother through the door a lot, and I've tried scent swapping with clothes and then the animals themselves to limited success (Frost and Coffee are interested in sniffing Ember but he gets scared when they're near, and Peanut is scared of Ember and panics when he sees him) and I'm not entirely sure how to proceed.

Anything you could think of would be super helpful in making Ember more comfortable in this house. I really do think thes animals have the right temperaments to coexist peacefully but I'm not sure how to get them introduced to begin with.

Edit: All the animals have been to the vet and are healthy and vaccinated.
