Hi guys, I just got the Petkit Eversweet 3 for my cats (picture below).
However, the devices just alert me to refill water (and stops running) when there is still plenty of water in the bowl (barely below the recommended level in the brochure, should be at least half a bowl left).
I'm not sure if mine is faulty or that is the design.
