I’m 24F, currently living alone in Arizona. I have a small 7lb doggo and we live in a studio apartment. I have a ton of debt that I feel like I can’t make a dent in no matter how much I’ve been buckling down.
I want to move in with my mom who has an apartment in NY (not the city). She would let me live rent free while I pay down debt. This situation would be temporary.
Her co-op doesn’t allow dogs though. I do not want to rehome my pet. I’m wondering if anyone has had a situation like this and how they handled it. Do i even have any options? Any advice that could be shared would be wonderful and appreciated.
TL;DR: want to move in with my mom to save money but I can’t have a dog at her place. Do I have options to make this move & keep him? Rehoming isn’t an option.
