I've been looking around for a dog recently. I was enticed by Petland because they had such great reviews on their website, but the more I researched, the more I realized this isn't actually the case. If you look at any other website (Google, yelp, consumeraffairs, etc.), the maximum rating you'll find for Petland is 2/5 stars. I tested this theory by attempting to post a 1 star review on Petland's website, and the review never showed up. Is this illegal? How can they only post their 5-star ratings and ignore the others?
