How does being raped affect a female cat's mind?

My cat is a strictly indoor cat, however last night I accidentally left the door cracked and she got out. There is a ferral cat who always bangs against our window whenever he sees her. Well, I didn't realize she was gone until about 4 hours later. I noticed she was missing and immediately went out looking for her. When I found her, she was acting ferral herself (scratching and clawing at me while CLINGING for her life to a tire under a truck). The ferral cat was right beneath her staring at her. I bring her back inside and notices she has a few lacerations, and more specifically, her butthole is more prominent than it once was. My only conclusion I can come to is that she was raped (she's fixed). Will this cause my cat to be h friendly now? We recently adopted a 6 month old male and she's always tolerated (not gotten along, just tolerated) him. Now, she's hissing and scratching at him and the poor guy seems scared all day today. Can cats have PTSD from rape?
