My aging dog can't eat small pieces of food, any advice?

I have a 10 year-old standard poodle. For years she has eaten dry dog food, and she has loved chewing "Twistix" dog treats.

But just in the last month or so, she can't get small kibble in her mouth, and she's losing weight. She still likes chewing Twistix but can't get the pieces to go down, she spreads them everywhere.

The vet did bloodwork and it came back clean.

We tried ground beef and rice, but it falls out of her mouth too. Now we're trying boiled chicken.

Any ideas? I know she is starting to get "old", but we love her.
