My husband and I just got a new 2 year old cat from the Humane Society on Saturday. Well yesterday my husband was looking for him under the bed and put his hand under there and Orion scratched him up pretty bad, but went running out of the room. He searched for 3 hours trying to find him and I came home from work to help. Well no sign of him in the house.
There’s a tiny chance he’s in the wall because of a hole that needed to get patched up. And there’s a chance he somehow how outside.
Has anyone has a new cat run away?
We have posted on Nextdoor, our up fliers, posted on the city’s Facebook page, put his litter box out, and made the house super quiet all night long trying to get him to come out of the wall...if that’s where he is. He is chipped and registered to us.
We got him just a month after we had to put down my childhood cat of 17 years so I’m really tore up.
Any Suggestion???
