Hello! I'm the owner of a 5 years dog, it's mixed and medium size, I usually take her out two times a day, in the afternoon i just take her out to the park like 15 minutes then in the night I take her out to play in the park, approximately one hour everyday, I've been doing this since she was a puppy and it had always worked for her, but because of the quarantine I'm not able no take her out more than 20 minutes and I can't go far my house, so in other words I haven't been able to take my dog out and waste her energy it's been two weeks since this and she is getting really stress, she's showing changes in her behavior in a bad way because of this, I've try to play with her in the house but it's not as effective, so I wanted to know if anyone could please give me an advice in this situation on how or what kind of game I could play with my dog while we're still in quarantine, thank you so much.
