Took our cat in for her(his) 2-year checkup. Everything looked good said the vet, cat is maybe a little fat.
Then he said, "maybe there was a mixup at the shelter, but this cat has a penis." No external testicles, but she (he) is a large cat so that would explain the size..

I don't think this changes anything, the vet said sometimes the sexual organs are internal. I'm not sure if he (she) is fully male then? Or some type of hybrid.
