Tips for a (virtual) home visit?

My partner and I were just contacted back about adopting a kitty. The organization that we applied to is conducting virtual home visits as part of the application process.

I've only ever done a home visit for a dog years ago. Is there anything in particular that they will be looking for or hoping to see with a cat/kitten? We live in a one bedroom. Will that be a negative? He seems like a really good fit for us but he's a cute little guy so we probably have a ton of competition and I'd like to knock the interview/visit out of the park if I can.
