Ok so , my sister gave away her 3 month old puppy to my older sisters bf. She recently got sick like about 2 or 3 days ago and showed signs of sadness/sickness. She wasn’t eating or drinking water and she was drained of energy. My parents , sister and I went to the vet after my sister went but her boyfriend is an ass and got impatient , so they didn’t assist the pup. My sister who gave her away got mad and decided to take her instead. We got there and it was a curbside pickup , other people were assisted before us and we called multiple times , but we waited almost 2 hours and they said that the wait will last 4-5 hours. We said hell no because it was super hot outside so we left. The dog was thirsty so we got her water and she drank a pretty good amount. After that we brought her home and gave her Pedialyte and the food we got her used to. She ate like 4 pieces of the dog food and we gave her two ice cubes which the ate. I later on gave her water with a few drops of Pedialyte , and she drank some. My sister is very worried and we are taking her to the vet who doesn’t take forever tomorrow , but I wanna know what’s wrong and what I can do to help her a little more.
