my family adopted a kitten today and he was exploring the room where he was acclimating in normally, asking for affection, etc, and he fell asleep around 12. my father insists that leaving him alone for the night is safe, but i’m not so sure and the anxiety is tearing me up. is it alright if he is left alone during the night or should i go check on him in a few hours?
