We've been out several hundred dollars treating our cats and dog for fleas, nothing has worked and I'm tired of wasting money. We've tried some kind of Bayer flea medicine for the cats, Frontline, and another I can't remember the name of, none of them had any effect on the fleas. For the dog we tried K-9 Advantix II, Bravecto and another, the Bravecto was the most successful result that we got out of any. The same night of giving our dog Bravecto there wasn't a flea on her. Couple weeks later I started seeing them on her again completely infested and miserable. We have taken all the appropriate steps recommended by our vet such as flea baths in conjunction with the medicine, vacuuming, mopping, washing bedding and clothing often, using flea powder on the carpets, flea traps, you name it. The result is always the same, nothing works and it ends up being a major waste of money. When you have 3 cats and a dog that need to be treated it adds up really quick.
