My family and I are planning to get a dog. We have no experience whatsoever with any kind of pets. Due to the pandemic, all of us are at home but on normal days we are all out for around 8-9 hours(caretaker at home).Is it worth it? Will the dog be happy staying home for so long? (We live in a rather hot country i.e 8-9 months of very hot weather) Any kind of advice will be much appreciated
