Last night my 6mo old cat had about a 40 second coughing/retching fit. It sounded and looked like she was either going to throw up or trying to get something out of her throat. She's been eating fine, drinking fine, no bathroom issues, and is just as energetic as ever. She hasn't done it again so her vet said to wait and see if it continues or if she develops abnormal behavior. Has anyone experienced something like this??
