So I have a 4 year old Bullmastiff Rottweiler mix and he’s generally a very good boy. we have had him for about 1.5 years now. Shortly after we got him, he picked up a rather silly behaviour. He barks at dogs walking on the street only if he’s in the car. Even if he sees a dog across the street while he’s getting into the car, he will wait till he’s in it to bark and go crazy.
He will rarely bark at cyclists passing by, but it’s so rare, I can’t predict when he’s going to do it.
Recently, he started barking at trucks. Not cars, not pick up trucks, but 18 wheelers, garbage trucks, any massive vehicle really. I know dogs have a reason for every behaviour.. I just can’t think of why he’d randomly start barking at trucks. Anyone have any input? I’d appreciate some feedback :)
