My dog will way his tail when he’s happy but do birds do that? I was looking at her several times today wagging her tail EXTREMELY fast. Like as fast as she can scratch her head. It looked more like a spaz than a wag though. She is still chirping like it’s her job though. I had to get excused from my zoom so that I could SHUT HER UP!!!
