Hi, I have I am trying to figure out which the texture of both sides of petsafe carbon filter. I have a friend who is blind and lives in another city, she got a cat and purchase the filter, she can use an app on her phone to read the instructions but it can not describe images and the instructions show that the black part face on side of the filter.... she said that on side feel soft and smooth while the other feels rough. Does anyone can fell me how the black side of the replacement filter feels like. So I can explain to her?
